School Photography for Public, Private, Church, and Parochial Schools, Daycares, and Preschools

Conveniently photographed right at your daycare or preschool, Special Holiday Individual Portraits are available for Christmas, Easter, and other holidays. We can also do entire families with our special Holiday Family Portrait promotions that are ideal as easy fundraisers for schools, or parent booster organizations.

Individual Holiday Portraits

For private and church daycares or preschools in particular, the Holidays are a true time of open celebration and joy. Children begin to anticipate the coming holidays with great bundles of enthusiasm,  while many parents may secretly dread being forced to face another year of "doing time" in that endless line at the shopping mall waiting to take holiday pictures for sending to  family and friends along with their annual Christmas cards.

Want to know an easy way make your students parents love your school even more, and raise some extra funds at the same time? We have a simple answer for you - HOLIDAY PORTRAITS DONE RIGHT AT YOUR DAYCARE or PRESCHOOL!

That's right, we can do a special Holiday Portrait of each student right at school and let parents conveniently order any final portraits they desire, including wallet bundles and other special products - all without ever stepping foot into that dreaded mall!

Handled much like our traditional school picture days and utilizing the latest in professional digital photographic technology designed specially for working in a school environment, our portable studio is set-up on location at your preschool or daycare and individual students are photographed quickly and professionally. We strive to be sure that every single student truly enjoys the experience of being photographed, feeling great about themselves afterwards thanks to family values based positive and self esteem boosting comments we share with them during photography.

We usually photograph these portraits with one of our designer Holiday Themed Backgrounds (shown below), but a different background can be requested in advance by the school if so desired. Holiday Portraits are generally done as a PROOF program, where every student is photographed individually and quickly provided proofs on an order form to take home to parents who return orders to the school. Final portraits are delivered to the school a few weeks later. School commission rates from this program are chosen by the school at booking and paid when all final portraits are delivered and a minimum sales amount has been reached.

Family Holiday Portraits Promotion
Some churches and small schools may consider offering a HOLIDAY FAMILY PORTRAIT FUNDRAISER that lets the entire family be photographed together and individually at a pre-appointed time after school hours or on a weekend day. Sometimes scheduled to coincide with a Winter Carnival or School Fair, this is a very different type of promotion than our traditional individual portraits described above, and involves the school selling a "pre-paid portrait coupon".   This coupon entitles the family to come in for a pre-scheduled portrait sitting during the special 1 or 2 day/night promotion period when we are set-up at the church or school and have a complete family portrait sitting done, then review proofs and select ONE FREE 5 x 7 FINAL PORTRAIT, as well as being able to order any other portraits or products they wish to purchase. We deliver final portraits back to the school directly for distribution. With this special fundraiser promotion, we simply charge the school a flat fee of $10.00 per coupon sitting, and the school itself actually sells these coupons to parents directly at whatever price they wish (anywhere from $15.00 to $30.00 usually), with the school keeping the difference as a fundraiser. Additionally, we also pay the school a 10% commission on any extra portrait sales generated from the event, raising even more funds for the event. This is a unique event and works very well with small private schools and church schools in particular.
